WORTH, TX) — The Woodmont Company has announced that it recently
completed lease transactions for Sally Beauty Supply, the world’s largest
beauty supply provider, to occupy 1,500 square feet, and Dress Barn,
a women’s apparel store, to occupy 7,500 square feet of space at Woodmont’s
Pinehurst Square development in Bismarck, ND.
Sally Beauty Supply, a
42-year-old business, is scheduled to open this franchise in January 2007. Dress
Barn is scheduled to open by March
17, 2007.
The landlord, LNLRS, BISMARCK
ND, LLC was represented by its associate broker Kyle Gill and investment partner,
Erik Coslik, while Woodmont’s
retail division vice president, Jim Weir, and associate broker, Jessica
Amstater represented Sally Beauty Supply in the transaction.
Kyle Gill also represented
the landlord in the Dress Barn transaction, while John Dewhurst with the Cormac
Company represented Dress Barn.
Located at Interstate 94
and Tyler Parkway, Pinehurst Square has 400,000 square feet of retail space on
51 acres. Woodmont estimates it has
approximately 100,000 square feet still under construction. Construction
for Pinehurst Square began in 2004 and is at more than 70 percent occupancy.
