Sinclair Building Partners LP Adds Sanford, Baumeister & Frazier PLLC
to Tenant List; Accounting Firm Will Occupy Top Floors


         (FORT WORTH, TX) --- The Sinclair Building Partners, LP, the group that purchased the Sinclair Building at 512 Main Street in downtown Fort Worth last fall, has announced a new lease agreement with accounting and consulting firm Sanford, Baumeister & Frazier PLLC, to occupy over 13,000 square feet.

         SB&F will occupy the top two floors as well as a majority of the 14th floor in the 77 year old historic building. Renovations began this month and SB&F will move their offices from 201 Main Street into the Sinclair Building this summer.

         Ken Jaffe, of Swearingen Realty Group in Dallas, represented both the landlord and SB&F in the transaction.

         Currently occupancy of the building is 99 percent, according to Mr. Jaffe.

         Sanford, Baumeister & Frazier, founded in 1949, is a full service accounting firm that performs audits, tax planning and compliance, litigation support, pension administration and consulting, as well as merger and acquisition consulting for entities in real estate, oil and gas, financial institutions, automotive dealerships, trusts and estates, technology, healthcare, and retail. SB&F’s offices are currently located at 201 Main Street in downtown Fort Worth.

         Recorded as an historic site in 1990, the Sinclair Building is located in the heart of the vibrant downtown Fort Worth business and entertainment district and is within steps of Sundance Square, surrounded by restaurants, retail, hotels, entertainment and residential properties. The 16 story office tower has retail on the ground floor and storage on the basement level. Its ornate art deco Main Street entrance is one of most unique in the city. Inside, each floor averages 6,400 square feet.

         The building was purchased in September of 2006 by Sinclair Building Partners, LP, a local investment group headed by Rick Baumeister, Allyson Baumeister and Ken Jaffe. The building has many professional tenants as well as oil and gas related, technology and investment groups.
