Eddie V’s Prime Seafood to Open in Fort Worth’s Cultural
District
350-Seat Restaurant at Museum Place
Scheduled for Launch Soon
(Fort Worth, Texas) --- Eddie V’s Restaurants, Inc. owners
and longtime friends Guy Villavaso and Larry Foles have announced that
they will open Eddie V’s Prime Seafood in the much-anticipated
Museum Place development in Fort Worth’s Cultural District.
“
We love Texas, and we especially love Fort Worth,” said Mr. Foles,
a longtime Texan and Austin resident. “The flavors of Fort Worth’s
business, social, and cultural scenes blend perfectly at Museum Place,
and we are thrilled to be the newest destination for prime seafood
and steaks.”
At Eddie V’s, diners can expect an award-winning menu with selections
flown in daily, as well as the finest, specialty-aged Midwestern USDA
Prime center cut beef, all served with warm and genuine hospitality
that borders on fanaticism. The depth of excellence in the wine list
will complement Eddie V’s fine cuisine. And nightly live music
in the V-Lounge will be paired with a raw bar and drink specials to
tantalize ear drums and tempt taste buds of Fort Worth patrons.
At the helm of Eddie V’s Fort Worth are General Manager Richard
Sabatowski and Head Chef Bill Greenwood overseeing the attractive 350-seat
restaurant, which includes three private dining rooms and the V-Lounge.
Mr. Villavaso and Mr. Foles strive for a world class experience for
all senses in every Eddie V’s restaurant, and the Fort Worth
concept will be no exception. The company’s longtime architects
are DPA Architects, Inc., a firm based in Scottsdale, Ariz. The owners
collaborate closely with the architects for a finished product that
will be stylish, comfortable, and energetic.
Founded in 2000, Eddie V’s Restaurants, Inc. is a privately held,
mid-sized entrepreneurial restaurant group representing three distinctive,
casually elegant, white tablecloth concepts: Eddie V’s Prime
Seafood, Wildfish Seafood Grille, and The Roaring Fork. Co-founders
Larry Foles and Guy Villavaso combined their 30 years of restauranteurship
experience and their admiration for great American seafood restaurants
to develop Eddie V’s Prime Seafood and Wildfish Seafood Grille.
With the development of The Roaring Fork they set out to capture the
spirit of bold American West cooking. This fast-growing company operates
their highly profitable restaurants in Arizona, California, and Texas.
Eddie V’s Restaurants, Inc., has plans
for paced expansion throughout the West and Southwestern United States.
