Industry Veteran Kenneth Jones Launches
First GMAC Real Estate Firm in the Greater Fort Worth Area
First Office to Open April 15

    (Fort Worth, Texas)— Long-time Fort Worth real estate investor and broker Kenneth Jones has announced the April 15 opening of Fort Worth’s first area office of GMAC Real Estate on Camp Bowie Boulevard in west Fort Worth---Kenneth Jones GMAC Real Estate. The firm will provide a full range of real estate services.

    The core executive team includes Founder and CEO Kenneth Jones and President of Property Management Cindy Hoover. According to leadership, the group plans to expand the current team of 15 sales professionals to approximately 35 agents in the coming months.

    For 18 years prior to opening Kenneth Jones GMAC Real Estate, Mr. Jones owned and operated Kenneth Jones & Associates, a Fort Worth-based real estate and appraisal concern.

    In addition to his 25 years of experience in the brokerage of real estate, Mr. Jones has strong capabilities in the valuation of real estate, including residential, multi-family and special purpose properties. He has also worked extensively providing real estate valuations for litigation, probate, and other legal purposes. Mr. Jones currently serves as President-elect of the Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS®.

    Cindy Hoover, president of the Property Management Division, is a 25-year real estate industry veteran. An experienced sales professional, for the last two decades she has garnered respect as a property management professional and brings her expertise to Kenneth Jones GMAC Real Estate. Ms. Hoover is also an active member of the Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS, the Texas Association of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS, as well as the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

    Joining Ms. Hoover is her experienced team of leasing agents, Amy Cook and Terri Miley, offering extensive property management services both in-person and through an interactive Web site for property owners and tenants.
