New Meridian Bank Texas Headquarters Now Open
at 100 Lexington in Fort Worth

         FORT WORTH , Texas (Dec. 16, 2008) Glenn Monroe, President and CEO of Meridian Bank Texas, has announced the opening of the bank’s new headquarters at 100 Lexington, Suite 100 in downtown Fort Worth. The bank is located on the ground floor of the recently constructed four-story, 63,000 square foot office building, One Hundred Lexington, owned by the Klabzuba family.

         Occupying 12,299 square feet on the first floor, the bank’s facility offers easier access to and even more services for Meridian Bank Texas clients, including extended banking hours, ATM access, safe deposit boxes, and convenient drive-up banking.

         During the month of December, Meridian Bank Texas is holding an open house for guests to visit and enjoy refreshments, view the new facility, and meet the entire Meridian Bank Texas team. Meridian Bank Texas opened on February 20, 2007 in temporary offices located on Florence Street. The bank’s new building will enable the bank to continue expanding while providing exceptional customer service. Since its inception, the bank has grown to over $150 million in total assets.
