(Fort
Worth, Texas) Richard Baumeister, managing partner at Sanford, Baumeister & Frazier,
PLLC, has announced that Douglas McDougal, CPA, is a new Tax Manager
for the Fort Worth-based accounting firm.
Doug McDougal services firm clients federal, state and local income
tax returns for businesses and individuals.
Most recently, he was employed by Lane Gorman Trubitt, LLP in Dallas
as supervisor in the Accounting Consulting Services Group. He brings
to SB&F 21 years of tax and accounting experience in government,
industry and public accounting fields. Previously, he spent two years
at Minyard Food Stores, Inc. and RadioShack Corporation respectively
as Tax Manager. In addition, he was formerly with PricewaterhouseCoopers
as a Tax Consulting Manager, Fina Oil and Chemical Company as a Senior
Tax Analyst, and Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts as an auditor
and reviewer.
A graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, Mr.
McDougal received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
McDougal is an active member at First United Methodist Church of Fort
Worth and is an assistant volunteer coach for cross-country and track
and field at Fort Worth Christian School.
