Wall Homes Adds 120+ Homesites in Waxahachie, Schedules
Ribbon Cutting, Model Tours at Grand Opening, June 27 – 29
(WAXAHACHIE, TX) –
Steve Wall, President and CEO of Wall Homes, has scheduled the grand
opening ceremony for his latest neighborhood, Arbor at Willow Grove in
Waxahachie, during the weekend of June 27 – 29, 2008. Wall has options
for additional homesites, situated to enjoy the richness of Waxahachie’s
heritage and charming, historic downtown. The grand opening events are
open to Realtors and the public beginning at 10:00 A.M., Friday, June
27, 2008, with an official ribbon cutting ceremony with the Waxahachie
Chamber of Commerce at 10:30 A.M.
Following the ribbon cutting will be an all day open house for visitors to tour
the model homes and to meet the Wall executive team. Light refreshments will
be served.
During the model home tours, visitors will learn about Wall’s True
Blueprint ChangeSM designs, a process that allows buyers to make
changes to the floor plan,
during the preconstruction phase, of building their new home. Realtors are
encouraged to bring clients for insight into Wall’s specialized building
process.
Then, on Saturday, June 28, from 10:00 until 7:00, Wall will have model tours,
register-to-win opportunities, prize drawings for gas cards, and children’s
activities. On the agenda are a bounce house, refreshments provided by Chik-Fil-A,
and face
painting. In addition, the Chick-Fil-A cow will be onsite from 11:30-1:30.
Sunday concludes the grand opening weekend with model tours from 12:00 to 7:00
and a final day of the children’s fun activities.
“On this grand opening weekend only, each homebuyer who signs a contract for
a Wall home will receive $2,500 towards closing costs for the home,” said Jerusha
Jaitapker, director of marketing at Wall Homes.
Arbor at Willow Grove offers a wide variety of floor plans and styles. Homes
range from 1,655 to 3,741+ square feet, with prices beginning in the $148s.
Construction has commenced on the amenity center, which includes a pool and

area.
Located near Highway 77 North and Hedgewood, Arbor at Willow Grove is across
from Campuzano’s and north of YMCA Drive, just 30-minutes south of Dallas.

to the commercial, urban big city.”
