Wall Homes San Antonio Takes Market-Area
Feedback to Heart, Customizes Designs for Buyers

     (ARLINGTON, TX) – Arlington-based homebuilder Steve Wall is responding in two unique and unprecedented ways to the San Antonio-area market by creating home designs in direct correspondence to consumer-research, and generating a collection of homes that fulfill Federal Housing Administration (FHA) insured loan thresholds.

The Bohlke Consulting Group, LLC conducted research that provided Wall Homes with an in-depth, personal analysis of top-selling features from a representative sample of San Antonio area new home sales.


    “Since the grand opening of Stillwater Ranch, 50 percent of the sales have been comprised of these newly developed and expanded offerings,” said Mr. Wall. “Providing the best, most innovative product to our buyers is key to our growth. San Antonio is a refection of our efforts.”


    In another effort to respect the market and today’s consumer, Wall Homes also added a new collection to the Dancing Bear Ranch in Mico, a master-planned, gated community with views of Medina Lake and the Texas Hill Country landscape. The Hill Country collection is priced extremely competitively to help prospective buyers purchase more home for their money. In addition, the starting price is $270, which qualifies buyers for an FHA insured loan.
