Community Heroes Earn Special Incentives on New Wall Homes
Police Officers, Fire Fighters, Veterans, Teachers, School District Employees, Healthcare Workers,
and Emergency Medical Technicians Can Expect Money Towards Closing Costs

     (ARLINGTON, TX) – Arlington-based homebuilder Steve Wall announced today the launch of their Community Heroes Program, a financial incentive program aimed at providing assistance to public servants considering the purchase of a new Wall Home. The kick-off is scheduled at the Fort Worth Police Department’s Annual Health and Safety Crime Fair at The Home Depot, 7100 North Freeway (at Basswood Blvd.), Fort Worth on Saturday, October 4 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

     In Dallas/Fort Worth Wall Homes will provide special considerations including $1,000 towards closing costs and paid title policy; and; in addition, Endeavor Capital Mortgage is offering a $250 closing cost discount coupon towards a Wall home. Applicable homebuyers must meet the Community Heroes criteria; which include active duty police officers and fire fighters; veterans; teachers and school district employees; healthcare workers; and emergency medical technicians.

     Wall’s Community Heroes Program is in effect through December 31, 2008.
The Fort Worth Police Department’s Annual Health and Safety Crime Fair, sponsored by the FWPD and The Home Depot, features 48 vendors and family-friendly activities such as Kids ID, a Home Depot Kids Woodshop, and a bounce house.
