Free Consumer Workshop on October 25 in Lewisville
to Shine Light On Home Buying Gray Areas

     (ARLINGTON, TX)— In response to a growing number of inquiries from local prospective homebuyers seeking answers regarding the current mortgage situation, Wall Homes will hold a free workshop in Lewisville to assist and educate Dallas-Fort Worth area homebuyers confused by today’s turbulent real estate market. The workshop, hosted in conjunction with Endeavor Capital Mortgage, is scheduled for Saturday, October 25 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Lakeridge Townhomes in Lewisville, located North of the 121 and I-35E intersection.

    Knowledgeable Wall Homes team members will clarify confusing, yet common, issues buyers often face such as payment calculation encompassing taxes and insurance; and national and local First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit incentive programs.

     One program offered by the City of Lewisville allows a $19,000 tax credit in some instances. This will be discussed in detail on Saturday.
