Details: ABC Television has selected the Wall Homes team for the upcoming Extreme Makeover: Home Edition episode to feature one North Texas family as part of its current “Heroes in the Community” season. The project will officially begin on December 8, 2008.

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition has a team of designers, contractors, and several hundred workers who race against time to complete a four-month home building and renovation project in just seven days. The team has one week to totally rebuild and furnish an entire house complete with landscaping. The lives of the lucky families are changed forever when they learn that they've been selected to have their home rebuilt, according to the network.

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition has won back-to-back Emmy Awards as Best Reality Program (non-competitive) and is entering its sixth season on ABC. The program is produced by Endemol USA, a division of Endemol Holding. Conrad Ricketts is the executive producer; and David Goldberg is the president of Endemol USA. The show airs on Sundays (7:00-8:00 CST), on the ABC Television Network.

Wall Homes has neighborhoods throughout Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio. They offer a variety of single-family detached and attached homes with architectural style for discerning buyers who want the efficiencies of a production builder and the flexibility to customize individual new home designs. This project will reflect the design and construction excellence for which the company is known. For more information on this special project, visit Extreme.Wall.com.
