Wall Homes Hires Marc Jungers as Houston Division Vice President

     (ARLINGTON, TX) – Arlington-based homebuilder Steve Wall recently announced that Wall Homes has added Marc Jungers to the executive team. Mr. Jungers is Wall Homes’ division vice president for Houston, where he directs all Greater Houston area budgeting, construction, sales, and warranty.

    “Marc’s remarkable leadership will be invaluable to Houston,” said Mr. Wall. “He has an extremely successful track record in Texas homebuilding.”

    Most recently a Houston regional vice president for another large home builder, Mr. Jungers also served as community manager for six years in the Dallas area. He was recognized for raising customer satisfaction from 50 to over 90 percent by implementing a customer follow-up program. In addition, Jungers formulated a comprehensive strategy to develop and oversee project managers, which increased build-time efficiency and kept focus on affordability.

    A recipient of several building awards, Jungers has been honored for the past five consecutive years with the “Million Dollar Circle Award” by the National Association of Homebuilders. In addition, Jungers received the 2004 and 2005 “Award of Excellence” from the Houston Better Business Bureau for integrity in business.

    Mr. Jungers is a member of the local Chamber of Commerce and an honorary Chairman on the Texas Business Advisory Council.
