About The Covey
Restaurant and Brewery:
The Covey Restaurant and Brewery serves an
extensive menu and custom-crafted, award-winning beer, brewed on
site. The Covey, established in April 2006, is a brew pub that's
two venues in one: a comfortable pub with a full bar and a casual
yet elegant restaurant. The pub, with its 52" and 42" HD
TVs, is a great spot for watching the big game. This neighborhood
restaurant is perfect for a quiet dinner, business lunch, an evening
worth celebrating, and all the days in between. Brewmaster Jamie
Fulton and executive chef Sean Merchant periodically feature special
menus and beer tastings. The Covey is open seven days a week; Sunday
through Thursday, 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM; Friday and Saturday, 11:00
AM until midnight. The kitchen and dining room close each day at
10:00 PM; to-go orders are available during kitchen hours. Happy
Hour Monday through Friday, 3:00pm – 6:30pm. The Covey welcomes
