Eddie V’s Repeats Prime Seafood Summer Dining To Go
Popular FW Cultural District Restaurant Designs Three-Course Picnic Dinners
for Concerts in the Garden or Any Perfect Summer Picnic

(Fort Worth, TX) – Jerry Tingle, General Manager of Eddie V’s Prime Seafood at Museum Place, has announced that Eddie V’s will again offer three-course summer picnic dinners to go starting on Friday, May 28, 2010 through Sunday, July 4, 2010 to coincide with Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra’s Concerts in the Garden Summer Music Festival at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden.

“Eddie V’s is in a privileged location at the heart of the cultural district and supports the arts and music of Fort Worth,” said Mr. Tingle. “Our guests are often arts patrons, and with the Botanic Gardens nearby, it makes perfect sense to provide our exceptional fare not only before or after a concert, but during the exciting Concerts in the Garden.  We hope everyone will enjoy our summer picnics no matter where their summer nights take them!”

Pricing for a picnic dinner is $25. Orders are customizable from a set of savory options. Picnic-goers will be able to choose one from each of the following three categories:


Salad/Appetizer

Caesar salad
Shrimp cocktail
Fuji apple salad

Entree

Seafood salad
Seared salmon with asparagus and pomery honey mustard vinaigrette
Grilled chicken with wild mushrooms and marinated tomatoes
Grilled vegetable salad with rice and beurre blanc

Dessert

Fresh seasonal berries with whipped cream
Coconut cream pie

Eddie V’s Executive Chef Don Agate personally created the Eddie V’s summer picnics menu. ”Everyone loves a summer picnic, so it’s been fun to create dinners that bring the high standards of Eddie V’s cuisine to a time-honored American tradition,” he said.

For the guest who prefers to eat indoors, Eddie V’s takes dinner reservations nightly and offers three private rooms perfect for any special event. Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is open for dinner from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Happy Hour in the V Lounge runs from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with $2 off drinks and $3 off appetizers. The V Lounge stays open late on weekdays (until 11:00 p.m.) and on Friday and Saturday nights (until midnight), with live music nightly.
