In late summer of 2008, Denise Merkle, PhD, and Connie Hendrickson, PhD, of Badderloch Woad Inc. contacted PHPR to assure the company had professional, engaging, visually appealing, and accurate communications about their patented cultured conchineal insect method to drive interested licensees and/or process buyer to the company’s liaison for additional information. To support the sales process, PHPR developed a Carmine and Cochineal institutional ad design; reviewed the company’s existing website and provided one page summary of recommendations; prepared an attractive, thoughtful sales brochure as well as a media fact sheet and announcement news release for BWI to use.
